Home Remedies Depression and Anxiety

Anxiety is a common human emotional problem which is faced by every human from kids to old people. It is a feeling of fear, worry, angry, nervousness or unease about an event or any other thing which has an uncertain outcome. It is an uncontrollable and unavoidable feeling in the particular situation. Generally, they are many types of anxiety disorders like panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Some of the common symptoms of anxiety are fatigue, irritability, muscle tension, restlessness, unable to concentrate, sweating, shortness of breath or rapid heartbeat, dry mouth etc.
